We are pleased to announce the next Small Grants Competition ($7,500) of
the SSRC/Necessary Knowledge for a Democratic Public Sphere program. 

To be considered for the next round of small grants, please submit your
proposal online <http://mediaresearchhub.ssrc.org/grants/>  by 5PM (EST)
on Monday, September 8, 2008. 

Applicants will be notified of next steps by September 12th.  Small
Grants winners will be announced on October 27th.
